Herbalists help people become healthier through the use of herbs, flower essences and whole foods. I teach my clients about nutrition and other natural ways to support the proper function of the body. Herbalist do not diagnose, prescribe or "treat" illness. I employ clinical strategies and methods, which support life force through encouragement of nourishment, digestion, rest, and appropriate activity, connection with nature, and identification and removal of obstacles to cure on all levels.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is administered by "laying on hands" and is base on the idea that "life force energy" flows through us. Reiki accelerates the body's self-healing abilities, helps releive pain, removes energy blockages, supports the immune system and increases vitality. Our practicioners have practiced holistic healing arts for over 20 years.
